PRINCIPAL OF THE FIRM

Ishak Bin Ismail first established IM GLOBAL PROPERTY CONSULTANTS in March 2005.

He graduated from the University Technology of Malaysia in 1991 after pursuing his diploma in valuation and degree in property management. He began his career in the field of valuation and property management with Vigers International (Johor) Sdn Bhd and later joint Henry Butcher, Lim & Long (North) Sdn Bhd in 1993 as Project Coordinator and later promoted as Branch Manager managing new branch in Kulim Town.

In 1997, he joined Jurunilai Bersekutu incharge of Penang branch before he was called to lead Kuala Lumpur office in 2000 as Branch Director of the Firm until the date of commencement of this practice.

Over the years he realised the need to enhance property presentations, particularly to the corporate clientele, through the application of modern financial management techniques. Hence he attended the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2004 and will graduate with MBA in 2006.

His experience in valuation covers a wide spectrum of properties which include large agricultural plantations, factories and other industrial premises, housing estates and multi-storey commercial complexes throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. He had also conducted feasibility studies and market surveys for property development.

He is a member of Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia(ISM) and a Member of Association of Valuers and Property Consultants in Private Practise Malaysia (PEPS) and a Member of Institution of Estate Agents Malaysia (MIEA).

He is presently the Chief Executive Officer of IM Global Property Consultants
