Ruliza Mohd Zain graduated with a Diploma in Estate Management and Advanced Diploma in Estate Management from MARA Institute of Technology (UiTM) in 1992 and 1995 respectively. She started her career in the field of property consultancy and valuation services with the Jurunilai Bersekutu as a Valuation Executive and later promoted as Assistant Manager in 1998.

In 2000, she pursue his part time study at University Technology Malaysia (UTM) graduated with a Master of Science in Facilities Management in 2002.

She has more than 10 years experience in Property Consultancy and Valuation services which cover valuation of various types of landed property for financial, corporate and statutory purposes, valuation of plant & machinery items, market research and feasibilities studies.

She is a qualified valuer, registered with the Board of Valuers, Appaisers and Estate Agents as a Probationary Member.

Ruliza Mohd Zain is presently the Valuation Department Manager at IM Global Property Consultants.

MOHD ZAID AWANG
B. Surv (Hons) Property Management (UTM)

He graduated from the University Technology of Malaysia in 1991 with degree in property management. He began his career in the field of valuation with Rahim & Co and later joint Jurunilai Bersekutu in 2000 as Senior Property Negotiator.

He is a qualified property advisor registered with the Board of valuers, Appraiser and Estate Agents as a probationary estate agent.

He has over 14 years of experience in property consultancy services covering a wide experience in land acquisition, rating valuation, estate agency and property management and presently head the real estate department as Real Estate Manager.

MOKHTAR BIN MOHAMAD
B.Sc(Hons) Economic, IIUM

He graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia a in 1993 with degree in economics. After graduation, he had gained tremendous experience while working in several companies dealing with international freight forwarding, publication and insurance in Kuala Lumpur and Penang.

From the year 1999 to 2001, he has been involved in real estate business which specialized in development and sale of Malay Reserved Land. He has a valuable knowledge in land conversion and subdivision particularly in two states of Selangor and Perak.

Beside real estate business he also gain experiences in Islamic Insurance (Takaful) sales, publication and air cargo operations. He was a part time lecturer at Utara College in Penang. He was also free lance writer for RTM and local newspapers, writing on religious subject and Islamic economic matters.

ROSNIZA MOHAMED

Rosniza Mohamed is currently a Property Negotiator under Real Estate Department of IM Global Property Consultants.

She graduated from MARA Institute Of Technology (UiTM) Shah Alam in 2002 with degree in estate management. She started her career as a Valuation Executive with Allied Group Property Consultant based in Petaling Jaya and later joint JB Jurunilai Bersekutu as Property Negotiator incharge of auction properties.

Rosniza Mohamed is presently the Property Negotiator under Real Estate Department of IM Global Property Consultants.

MOHAMMAD AZIMULLAH
B Sc (Hons) Computer System Engineering

He graduated from British Malaysian Institute in 2002 with a Higher National Diploma in computer systems and further his Degree on a part time basis.

He started his career as a technician at EDI Sdn Bhd in 2002 and progressed to a lecturer in 2003. Because of his deep interest in the field of marketing and property investment he then decided to pursue his career in real estate as property negotiator in IM Global Property Consultants.

Abdul Halim Nawawi

Abdul Halim Nawawi is currently our Property Negotiator at IM Global Property Consultants.

He finished his studies at St. Michael’s Institutions in Ipoh with 3rd Gred in 1983 and began his working career with Hotel Eastern as Floor Waiter. He joined Hotel Hilton in 1985 in Kuala Lumpur as Floor Captain in charges of the Western Food Outlet.

Because of his interest in Marketing he switched careers to join STP Publication in 1989 as Sales Executive. His job function in the Company is to Market and Promoted the Company 1st Encyclopedia for Children.

In 1992 he joined Prime Future Sdn Bhd an Investment company which involves in the Future Market under the Kuala Lumpur Commodity Exchange as a Marketing Executive.

His job function is to look for new investor to invest in the Future Market particularly in the Local Commodity Crude Palm Oil.

Because of his interest in the investment industries in 1993 he join Ace Commodity Sdn Bhd a company which involved in the International Commodity Market. There he was trained to trade in the Japanese Commodity Exchange and US Commodity Market.

In 1995 he been offered as a Trainee Dealer’s Representative by Multi Purpose Commodity Trading a subsidiaries company of Lion Group Berhad and when for the Future Industries Certificate’s examination the following year (1996) and registered as Dealer’s Representative under the company. In 1996 he’s been promoted to Division Manager in the Marketing Department.

In 2002 he join Karisma Dunia Sdn Bhd an Investment Company which headed by Tan Sri Hamzah Abu Samah as General Manager for 2 years.

MR GARRET YEONG
Diploma In Banking

Garret Yeong is currently working with IM Global Property Consultants as a Property Negotiator. He holds a Diploma in Banking in 1983.

In 1984, he joined Perwira Affin Bank Berhad as a probation trainee and later been promoted to higher position.

His last held position in banking was Deputy Branch Manager at Taman Tun Dr Ismail in 1999. He left the bank after 17 years of banking experience and joined a securities firm as a reamisier. However, due to the uncertainties of the investment market, he adopted for other greener feature.

Before joining IM GLOBAL, he was working with many othr established companies such as Semantan Marketing Sdn Bhd- purchasing officer cum administration, TL Office Automation Sdn Bhd as an Operation Manager in Marketing, Swiss Garden Hotel as a Vacation Consultant, Country Height Holding Berhad as a Sale Manager and Property Consultant with Jurunilai Bersekutu.


With his last experience in various functions, the company expcted a fast growth in term of business, global connections, capitalizations, confivices confident to be a reputable company in property line.

SUMMARY

J. Sathik is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds an MBA from the Ohio University graduating first in his class with a CGPA of 3.975.

He commenced his professional life as an audit assistant with one of the largest international accounting firms. He then worked for some large Malaysian Corporations involved in property development, construction, commercial banking and tin mining in senior management and CEO positions. The climax of his career was when he listed Bina Darulaman Bhd on the main board of the KLSE in 1996.

He currently owns KAJ Ventures Sdn Bhd, a company providing business and financial consulting services. As a consultant he is specialized in financial and corporate restructuring, business strategies, feasibility assessments and turnaround management. He also sits on the Board of a Plc as Independent Director and The Chairman of its Audit Committee.
